Founder Joe had a vision for Hireable, an AI-native platform, trained on the behaviours of recruiters and hiring managers. But he needed a solid design and product strategy to achieve his next stage of growth.

Job tracking is all over the place for many applicants. That means forgetting to follow-up and missed opportunities. We fix that by allowing users to track and manage key contacts and applications in one place.
Using AI in the right places
Get invited to an interview? Hireable lets you practice with an AI Coach tailored to that specific job. It's trained on specific questions and guidance from the Founder's expertise.
Giving the user control
Training for an interview can be daunting and you want to practice example questions without feeling overwhelmed. We therefore allowed the user to pause and restart before getting a report at the end.
Chrome extension saves logging in
No-one likes adding yet another login to their workflow, so the Chrome extension brings the power of Hireable to wherever the user is at the time. It also helps you save time filling out applications, networking and finding opportunities.
